Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibe app ("Vibe", "the Service"), operated by Plinkbio LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Vibe, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vibe. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using Vibe, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Using Vibe

Vibe lets you save video links from platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, organize them into boards, and share them with friends. You may not use Vibe to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Post or share content that is hateful, abusive, or harassing.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from Vibe in an automated manner.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

4. Content You Save

You retain ownership of any original content you contribute to Vibe. By saving or sharing content on Vibe, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and deliver that content as part of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and share any content you add.

5. Third-Party Content

Vibe displays links and thumbnails from third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). We do not own or control that content and are not responsible for it. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. AI Features

Vibe uses AI to generate descriptions, surface recommendations, and categorize content. AI-generated content is for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to Vibe if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimers

Vibe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any content saved or shared by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plinkbio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vibe. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 USD.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
