I’m a 60-year-old male native of Central Florida who has never smoked, doesn’t drink, and who tries to eat a healthy diet consisting of mostly whole foods. I’m relatively happy with my skin, but at 60 I suspect I should give it some TLC. I’m retired on disability (strokes) and so I haven’t much money for high-priced products. Is it realistc to combat the effects of aging merely with diet and “face yoga”? You have a very winning personality and are quite entertaining to listen to. Can you ever tell that she has a face full of Botox...🙄. Her skin and face are perfect because of that. Yes, her advice on skincare is valid....but it's primarily other things that give you perfect skin.
