For basic activity tracking and a 1-2 week battery life, consider the Redmi Watch 5 or Xiaomi Smart Band 9. Other brands likely offer similar options.

Women live longer and healthier lives, are diagnosed less often with cancer, die from cancer later and less often, suffer fewer heart related diseases. There is no problem with women's healthcare. There is a problem with men's healthcare. But men and anything to do with them are just unfashionable these days. Women = good PR, men = bad PR. Sarah was a great host for this, as someone who wears rings and can speak to the woman's health portion of the product (even if she didn't care for this implementation at all). She clearly struggled with the negative recommendation at the end and should probably have been even more negative, but she did say she didn't recommend it and stated some good reasons for it.
