Wake up by 5 a.m. 45 minutes of exercise. Go into the bathroom at 6 a.m. then come out a 9. Damn, I’m late for work again.

This routine shouldn’t take more than 20-30min. If you can’t devote 20min of personal hygiene in the morning, then it’s time to farm this essential skill point.

Stay up Kings.

STOP 🛑✋THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY WARNING ⚠️

I’m a care worker and I can tell you that even though it might seem excessive, this man is preventing years if not decades of SERIOUS PAIN.

I have a firsthand account working in care and the men are iffy about having their nails cut, hair combed, skin moisturised - not manly eh?

The outcome is that they are in immense bodily pain when they arrive after a lifetime of poor grooming, and refuse to have their issues treated. Some are even suicidal because of this.

I used to be the same - now I do it all 😂 manicures, pedicures, wet shaves, clay masks etc.

Unless you want to leave the world covered in your own bodily fluids, with toenails that cut and tear your feet, skin that itches no matter what you try, eyes covered in thick goo and feet that swell to the size of small pumpkins, take care of your body.

If you’re still here I assume you found this interesting, so here is what to watch for.

#1) SKIN INTEGRITY. Holy shit, buy a full body moisturiser ASAP. Your entire body will feel like it is on fire otherwise.

#2) BUM HEALTH. seriously, wet wipes, lotions, oils. Go to the doctor and MAKE HIM LOOK AT IT. apply whatever you can get, because if you don’t, one day you will want to die every time you take a shit.

#3) ELEVATE YOUR FEET AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. feet swell over time, and it is unfortunately inevitable. Keep them raised, clean, moisturised, dig out the scum from underneath your nails and THEN cut them. And once again, KEEP THEM RAISED AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. If you don’t, one day they will LITERALLY BE THE SIZE OF BOWLING BALLS and constantly tear themselves to shreds.

#4) this is the last one. Floss, brush, airate, scrape your tongue, visit a doctor, drink water, avoid cigarettes and alcohol if possible. IF YOU DONT, YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK, FOR YEARS.

Please follow my advice, because you might never hear it again. BECAUSE YOUR LIFE CAN END BEFORE YOU DIE, and it is HARROWING to witness 🙏
