I used them wrong for years because apparently I hold my pencils differently than everyone else

Nice tutorial. If anyone is still having trouble try pressing the pad of your ring finger against the side of the bottom chopstick rather than resting the chopstick on the side of your ring finger. I find it helps stabilize that bottom one better.

No lie… I learned how to use chop sticks by mimicking what I saw watching karate movies every Saturday afternoon on TV growing up. I’m telling my age😂 GenX

When you realize at 38 years old that you have been holding your pen or pencil wrong your entire life from watching a chopstick tutorial.

I feel that i can use chopsticks well, but i have a question. My hand gets sore when i use them for an entire meal. By the end of a meal my ring finger and base of my thumb sort of cramp and get sore. Is this just because i only use them once in a while? Or am i maybe just squeezing too tightly when i use them? Does this happen to anyone else?
