In Ethiopia, it's rosted on pan with safflower and wheat. Some people choose to rub it after roasting with kayan powder to get it spicy ❤

To really make this healthy, you need to do 2 more things. Cook them yourself in a pressure cooker. That will get rid of lectins. Then put them in the fridge for a day. This will retrograde the starches. Then it will truly be healthy.

That air fryer is toxic, the lining leeches to your food, and is toxic. It stays in your body forever.
