I’m 78 and I love your videos. My skin is dry, so sometimes I brush on a little moisturizer OVER my makeup so that I don’t look like a chalky old lady. I agree, even a little too much blush can do you in. Love you Dominique, you help make all of us look and FEEL better !❤️

Why not look your best. I find now that I am retired I have plenty time on my hands to enjoy experimenting much more with my makeup. I always loved art and being able to apply makeup correctly really is creative artwork. Enjoy its fun and you look good too 😊

One day, on a whim, I did my face right along with this video. My make-up had never gone on as smoothly, or looked as clean and fresh. Lol... I ended up doing this tutorial along with Dominique every day for a month to ingrain it into my muscle memory. Thank you for all the self-confidence (Lol...and compliments) your tutorials have given me! ***MY TIP: If you're like me, with lashes that are still more blonde than light brown, and you believe Dominique is completely correct to suggest applying mascara only to our upper lashes; however, you're perplexed by the stark colour (Lol...not a typo, I'm Canadian..."eh" :) contrast, or difference this creates. My solution is clear mascara, which has zero pigmentation, but when applied to my blonde lower lashes, it creates an all-day "wet" effect, ie it will darken them a shade or two, as if I'd just washed my face, or stepped out of the water. As a bonus, first I use the clear mascara to gently tame and position my eyebrows after I've used my brow pencil. Afterwards, I wipe the wand with a tissue before returning it to its container, as the residual "clear" mascara on the wand always picks up some of the pigmentation from my brow pencil and I prefer not to get that in the container. But hey, if you want, go straight from gently combing the wand through your brows to combing your lower blonde lashes. Same results, but your lower lashes will be an additional ½ a shade darker than the "wet look" provides!

Thank you! Beautiful demonstration and beautiful you.
I’m pushing 80, I’m told I easily pass for 65-70and,(with makeup 😂)former makeup artist and skin care specialist until I retired 10 years ago.
I have dark and deep sockets under the eye area and have never found a product or technique to camouflage that.
I would appreciate a tutorial, specific to that area, using an older model. ( you may already have a YouTube video like that that I’m unaware of?)
