I start falling asleep and can barely think when I study or do homework late but the second I get on a game or watch a show I got all the energy😢

Another thing that helps me is having a standing desk at home. I tend to feel super tired when sitting quite soon, so being able to stand is quite the help :)

How to study if you're feeling exhausted: Don't.
These are very good tips against procrastination and distraction that I use myself (especially "5 minutes" and "easy route"). But if you are truly exhausted - not just bored or kinda sleepy, but genuinely exhausted - TAKE A BREAK. If your body is tired, go to sleep. If your mind is tired, do something that re-charges it (something fun, like arts or sports). Forcing yourself to be productive all the time is bad for you and will not work. Taking a break is not "being lazy" oder "being a failure". Taking a break is important for your physical and mental health. Take care of yourself❤
