Not just regular "oil" you need to use olive oil you have to be specific with that regular oil will not do cooking oil, vegetable or corn has to be Olive.

I see a few people in the comments mentioning to add anchovies. It’s funny because I remember just making up a dish the same as this once but also with some butter, Parmesan cheese, and a can of sardines packed in hot sauce I had. Nice to know a late night drinking meal I came up with is almost a classic dish 😂

Dear people, can anyone say what is the shelf life of olive oil, if kept in fridge ? I am not much of an olive oil user and there is bottle of it lying/standing there for over two years.
