My problem with pulling furniture away from the wall is 1. It doesn’t work in my living room, 2. It leaves ugly gaps showing cords from lamps, etc. I like wide open, empty space in the middle. Since removing a console table from behind my sofa and pushing it against the wall, my living room feels clean and uncluttered. I have a small home with open concept. I also watch my grandchildren and I love to have a place where they can bring their toys out and play ❤ With that being said, I have been enjoying and learning from your channel. This is just something I cannot do.

I have no new pieces in my home. I shop at high end furniture resale shops, estate sales, antique shops, garage sales , eBay and auctions. My furniture and accessories have been acquired, individually, throughout the years. My preference is quality and timeless pieces. Comfort and durability is also paramount for seating, such as sofas, chairs and beds.
