I love sandwiches with a ton of greens, it’s so crunchy and vibrant and you get that full mouth feel! It also always seems to keep me fuller.
My family kinda pokes fun because I will literally pile tons of lettuce on any burger or sandwich but I love it.

I love the use of dips as spreads: you get the flavor for less calories than eating it with chips. You really piled on flavor in every layer, too. I laughed when you said that was a lot of greens because that looked like normal to lean amount to me, but the portion of chicken had me shook lol. I mean, it was probably a normal recommended amount, but I'm not a big meat fan and struggle to eat half that amount in one sitting lol. Looked good though!

I just bought that salad! It's nice they still carry it because they discontinue the stuff I love! I made a sandwich with their smoked salmon, cream cheese w/chives, tomato slices with s/p and this salad on their ciabatta rolls(toasted). It was delicious, too!! I am going to try your version.❤🎉
