I highly recommend a product called panoxyl, it’s a creamy acne face cream. My friend bought it for her acne after o told her about it and she kept telling me her acne was starting to go away and she wasn’t noticing pimples aprpesimg

You can also use acne star gel. It worked so good for me😊

I have eczema and from my experience it made my skin very dry and even worse idk if its the same for acne tho

Try face wash from Eva (it’s pretty hard to find tho but it made my acne go away faster like maybe a week u will lose a lot of acne)
