Can you recommend any good hydrating shampoo and conditioner? And what are protein treatments?

Also diet and recently I did just a month of probiotics cause I found a random bottle of “hairbiotic” by nutrafol lol, and the difference was noticeable in like 2 weeks. My hair felt thicker and healthier

Hair breakage stems from the friction of dry hair vs wet or moisturized hair... This is because hair is constantly being exposed to different stimuli (i.e: sweat, rain, bugs, food, weather changes, etc.), which effects your hair when water evaporates alongside your hair's natural oils, and your hair must produce more oil to protect you from outer foreign objects entering the body, dry hair promotes damage and makes you succeptible to overusing water within the body necessary for sustaining your organs... even your intestines have hairs... Haircare is similar to body growth, the more care the stronger and taller the body will grow... Just like the purpose of your body hairs, your head of hair works as an outer coat for you like any mammal has to sustain the climates, environments, ecosystems of the planet and cosmos... The hair needs constant moisture especially if you have dry hair... So it's good to keep it moisturized, brushed, and sectioned to if you need to.. to keep it in a less tangled, frictioned state but a more hydrated and harmonious healthy state. Moisturizing after shampoo and conditioner is essential too, as some shampoos pull from the natural oils in your hair... which remove protection when the water evaporates, dries and shrinks your wet hair like a grape shrinks to a raisin... Oil, hydration and moisturization are essential for the healthiest growth of every follicle of your hair.. Be sure to keep on the right ways on how to moisturize your hair by people like this lady right here, or by hair scientists... Most haircare is just common biological sense of the anatomy of our body. The more natural, the healthier... Working alongside the natural oils of your hair like how it is naturally supposed to be grown... The hair needs care and nourishment just like any other part of the body. 😊💗 Happy nourishment! 🌻

I think diet falls under protein treatment. If food protein is not consistant, then it can be substituted with the protein treatment..

Why is a dermatologist commenting on hair routines? I think it's a different field altogether.
