Feedback? Whoa. I was so happy to hear all this information. What about a list like mine: two children under 9 years of age.
At Costco I buy organic Greek yogurt plain, Simple mills crackers, siete chip brand, natures bakery fig bars, fruit thief, RBST free cool whip by land o lakes (not always available), cheese Gruyère from England and honest juices. Those items seemed to be the healthiest options for kids.
What about rice in bulk, which is best? What about those organic pasta with spinach? The best cheeses? Canned products Best Buy’s?
I loved this series and as prices increase in San Diego, I rather pay for quality and Costco has the best prices.
More reviews would be great. Thank you. Amazing piece. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I would love to see a whole discussion on supplements! My go to was Pure Encapsulations, now I’m unsure. I was told Nestles bought them

I’ve been using rice bran oil which is not widely available in stores but I heard is a good substitute for other cooking oils due to its high smoking points. Could you comment on that?
