This is pretty standard fashion information.
Its just most of us dont give a flying hoot about elegance or any of that ridiculous stuff about a french persons or really any persons opinion.

I like that she specifies that this is just what shes been taught. Like, its just one perspective. What's most important is that you feel comfortable and happy in what you wear, and if sticking to these rules doesn't make you happy, or doesn't feel like 'you', then theres no reason you should feel pressured to follow them. 🥰

As a fellow woman I honestly did not expect you to sl*t shame other women so much? Is that really acceptable in french culture? I honestly thought french women were more independent and strong to stoop to that level... It's mostly about the last thing you said about sexy being equal to trashy and being frowned upon and shamed in general. That's the narrative that was invented by men to maintain moral control over women and prevent them from making their own choices for their own bodies, and feeling free and happy as they are. It has nothing to do with being "tacky", they just want you to see it that way obviously. I think men do enough sl*t shaming already all over the world so I was rather disappointed that you as a woman would be okay with it and even promote it on your channel.
Other than that, sweet video, but that one single thing just left a really unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Im not French but was raised to understand that dressing with taste depended on rules. I guess I have been dressing French my whole life without knowing it. Nice video.
