Smacking literally is the worst when you do lipgloss the glow will get ruined and when you do lip tint the tint won't last so NEVER SMACK GUYS

Are lip tints water proof? As in, if u apply water to ur lips, can water reach the skin? Or is there a barrier? I want to find a lip-tint that allows water to pass through to the skin. Are water-based lip tints better for this or are they all the same?

I wear the 03 Rose In Mind and 19 Mauve Chaos all the time! I use a silicone applicator to blend out the edges after applying only to the inside to give a more gradient look, let it sit a bit, then apply a little bit more to the inside to intensify the color right there and make it look more plump. That way i also don't need to use other colors, either. Of course, i do have several other peripera glowy mood colors (including that 05 Cherry So What), these two are just my favorites.
