Did they just remove the part where Linus says the Backpack fits some 16'' Laptops like the MacBook Pro 16? According to the specs on the store page it should fit… so why would they remove that part from the video?

Disappointing how they first claimed that 16" laptop was supported only for them to later find out after shipping started that they actually don't fit properly. Bought this back pack based on this claim that It would fit my 16" Macbook Pro almost a month ago. First I get an email, saying that the shipping of the backpack will be delayed. THEN, I get an email saying that 16" laptops are not supported. LTT's way of making right is to say that "they are happy to cancel my order"? This was my 3rd time buying from LTT and 2 out these experiences have been nothing but disappointing. Shoving ads about their "cool products" in our faces every single video only for everything to be out of stock, back ordered, or delayed due to "backlogs at our local shipping ports". I understand mistakes happen but this one to me seems a bit unacceptable. PLEASE MAKE IT RIGHT TO US TH E RIGHT WAY not by cancelling my order? how about an upgrade to the regular Backpack to make up for the false claims? A gift card? discount code?

Wow, I ordered this before you edited out the mention of it fitting the 16in MacBook Pro. I watched this video the day it came out and ordered it with the discount code. It’s now a month later and no communication of its eta. so, I come back to this video see what I’m getting again and to also see what others are saying. I scroll down to the comment section and come to find out you EDITED that entire part out! Literally false advertising! I bought this based on what I now know was false information. Shady and shameful business practices. Definitely reporting this to FTC “Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) (1914) – The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces this law, prohibiting “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce” (15 U.S.C. § 45). It covers false claims, misleading omissions, and bait-and-switch tactics.” “Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (1967) – Requires products to be labeled accurately with essential information to prevent deceptive packaging.”
