I made all three meals today and omg they were amazingly delicious!!! My husband came home from work feeling a bit of sick and I gave him the Creamy roasted cauliflower butternut squash soup not thinking he would love it because he isn’t a big fan of all these healthy foods but he absolutely loved it and went for a second bowl! He felt a bit better after eating it. Literally the best soup recipe ever!!! 🧡

I have just made and eaten my first portion of the sweet potato breakfast bowl. It's so delicious and easy to make! It will definitely be one of my go-to recipes from now on. Thank you, Kayla. If all of your other recipes are as good, I'm in for a feast!! I can't wait. xx

so glad to see another anti inflammatory video. Now here is a challenge that I would love to see...specifically for seniors....lower appetites, needing the anti inflammatory but also targeting the need for energy

Making the cauliflower soup as we speak for the third time now. It’s unbelievably tasty. And i never thought the other butternut/chicken/coconut soup from one of your other videos could ever be beat but sure enough, this one is at least equally delicious!
