Hi Abbey! Many of us would really appreciate you mentioning the level of scent in these products that you’re recommending, so those of us who are sensitive don’t end up wasting our money.

Warning: Color Fanatic is super fragrant. If you get migraines from perfume, don’t buy this

A lot of these seem to be leave in conditioners. I’m sure they have some heat protectant ingredients but aren’t you worried that the ingredients list is more dedicated to detangling than it is heat protection, rendering it less effective?

Can you make a short explaining how to use it. Wet or dry and how?

At least some of these are leave-in conditioners don't say what level of heat they can tolerate (I have the Pantene and L'Oreal ones and confirm a certain temperature is not mentioned on the bottle), which I find concerning because I've heard that the heat protecting factors in leave-ins are extremely weak, practically useless, even. Are you saying the Pantene 10-in-1 would protect against a 400°+ flat iron?

Isn't it better to use a dedicated heat protectant instead of those many in one leave in but also heat protectant products? Like color fanatic is a great leave in but is it a good heat protectant?

Tresseme is my fav! I don't consider loreal 21-in-1 as a heat protectant so I use that as a leave in only.

OK so we don’t need a leave in AND a heat protector if the leave in has a heat protector?
