Ketosis actually makes you feel sick, because of the lack of carbs in the body. There is a reason you shouldn't be in ketosis for too long.
None of the ketosis advantages mentioned in this video are real other than the weight loss. People in ketosis experience headaches and extreme fatigue. Fat and protein might provide energy, but not the kind that carbs provide.

I would like to do this but the saturated fat would cause my LDL to skyrocket. I love eating red meat but at 35 by LDL is almost 200, as good as meat it’s also high in not good fats.

That's a load of bs. What you'll start feeling in 7 days is the need to shit straight up diarrhea everytime cause you're not eating any fibers. You'll loose weight alright, but it'll be mostly water and very easy to gain back once you inevitably get tired of eating only proteins. Plus, the rapid loss (and subsequent rapid gain) of weight + the lack of fibers in your body will make it twice as likely to get some nasty stretch marks even if you're not even that fat. Don't do this shit to yourselves, if you wanna lose weight, consult with a real doctor, not a YouTube dipshit.
