This is so helpful! For years I have intuitively "undone" my makeup after applying it to get it to a point I was happy with and always felt like I was doing something I wasn't supposed to, and that other much more skilful folk just knew how to put it on without having to undo and correct - and here you go, showing us that that's actually the way to go, so now I can do it with confidence! Thank you so much - your videos are not just about make up, but so much more - they are about transparency, demystifying skills, public education and care for fellow human beings.

I am heavy handed with foundation and blusher. It wasn't until my husband said something that I realised. I do wear Varifocal glasses and long sighted. Therefore, I am being more light handed and getting my husband to check. Lols I think he has some hidden talents. I am a huge fan of your watch all your videos. This one is great for me. I love brushes and cotton buds. I clean my brushes regularly too.

Thank you Lisa. I always do that with my hands. I always only use bronser and concealer in certain spots and then blend, blend blend and in the end, I blend once again with my fingers. Same with the edge of my eye shadow, with a clean finger 😊

The thing I see Lisa that I don't care for, is that women sometimes go heavy handed with the bronzer on their forehead. Especially when they are pale like me. It looks strange.

Wow, what a difference - especially the eyes - thank you. I am 54 and am definitely going to give this a try. Never too old to learn.

I’m confused that makeup artists don’t put foundation on their necks.

I use a few of my older brushes for the inevitable eyeshadow/eye area products that love to end up on my upper cheeks. Depending on if my blush choice is powder or cream determines the brush/tool I prefer for the final blending phase of my face/neck. I have been told by a select few that my application process was doing way too much. I'm glad that I could just laugh it off and not give into the peer pressure, because everyone's relationship with makeup is unique. I loved that this video provided several confirmations as well as a few new helpful tips, ty
