The good old days when everything elf sold was $1. Yes, you read that right. One. Dollar. Bill.

Elf is the most UNPROBLEMATIC makeup brand and has always been

It was NEVER a junky brand, it was good products and good prices. Flying Under the radar of certain influencers, doesn't make it a "junky" brand ffs

Mansplaning makeup to woman and girls. Eyes (lol), lips, face. Been a staple for many of us for years. Affordable yet doesn’t seem cheap. Some expensive brands rip you off for something of better quality at the drugstore. I only buy mascara from Shoppers for instance. Dollar store some products will be “junky” like food products are usually produced in same lab but different names and scents can be added for the luxury brands etc.

Elf was always a good brand. Just affordable but not bad quality

ELF has always been good. The only thing of theirs I didn't care for were their eyeshadows...they were chalky, not very pigmented, a lot of fallout....but everything else they have is good. The ingredients between the putty primer and the Tatcha primer are almost identical. Their OG mascara formula is THE best drug store mascara out there and would compete with the best Sephora brands, and their original foundation is also very good and comes in a lot of shades. Every brand has hit or miss products but ELF tends to hit more often than not.

Elf was NEVER junky, I don’t know where you’re getting that information from. They always had some great products, and they listened to what customers wanted.

Elf was always awesome- I’ve been buying elf since before there was Internet. The dollar blush stick was a staple for me, they kept it at a dollar price for years and years
