Hi I have a question for you, every time I see you apply skin care products , you often rub so long, I am just wondering is that the better way for absorbing into your skin ???

i kept hearing about Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane from my friends, and honestly, i thought it was just another trendy self-help book. but when they started landing jobs they thought were impossible and reconnecting with things they’re passionate about, i had to pay attention. it’s not just “be positive” stuff; it’s more about aligning with what you actually want in life. if you’re stuck or feeling off, maybe it’s the nudge you need—it’s worked for people around me.

You know what I would like? Like you having a Korean derm on your show talking how they approach things. What treatments are popular and so on.

I feel like she's the queen of marketing. Remember when she claimed that Koreans use 10 different steps to achieve great skin? That trend was something she created to sell her products. In reality, Koreans don't typically use high percentages of active ingredients in their skincare because the government regulates it. For example, salicylic acid in cosmetics is capped at a maximum of 0.5%.

Me and my cousins went to the same clinic but with different dermatologist and at different times and we were prescribed with the same thing (tretinoin, antibiotics and a solution). The doctor was sitting like three feet away and didn’t even take a close look before prescribing me with that, my cousins had the same experience even with a different dermatologist.
